教授简介
多伦多大学洛曼管理学院组织行为学终身教授。谢教授教学研究的核心领域包括工作设计、工作压力、跨文化组织行为(重点是中国管理)和知识管理。她分别在《管理学学会期刊》等多家世界一流期刊上发表过学术研究论文。她教授的科目包括组织行为学、国际组织行为学、商业道德规范和中国管理等。她曾多次受到多伦多大学洛曼管理学院的嘉许。

她曾担任过美国管理学学会2000年大会的学术委员会主席,并自2000年以来一直是管理学学会国际主题委员会成员,并曾任管理学学会国际论文奖评审委员会主席。她致力于促进中西方文化交流,是中国上海行为学协会的海外顾问。

 主要研究领域覆盖职业设计、职业压力、跨文化组织行为学(主要关注中国管理)以及知识管理等。
